Privacy policy

The short version

We collect the information you choose to give us — your name, email, company, and whatever you write in a form or a booking. We use it to reply to you and to do the work you have asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing. There are no advertising trackers on this site.

What we collect

Only what you hand over deliberately:

• Contact form. Your name, email, company, the category you select, and your message.
• Resource downloads. Your first name and email address, plus a tag recording which resource you asked for.
• Booking. Whatever the booking form asks for — typically name, email, and any notes you add.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or heatmaps, and we set no cookies of our own. Webfonts are served from this site rather than from a font CDN, so loading a page does not tell a third party you visited.

Why we have it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation.
• To send you the specific resource you requested.
• To send occasional email, but only if you asked for it. Every message has a one-click unsubscribe.
• To carry out work you have engaged us to do.

Who else sees it

Two service providers process data on our behalf. Both are named here because they genuinely receive it:

• Kit (ConvertKit). Handles form submissions and email delivery. Anything you type into a form on this site is stored there.
• Microsoft. Our booking page and email run on Microsoft 365. When you book a conversation, that booking is created in our Microsoft calendar. The booking page is embedded from Microsoft, so loading it involves a request to Microsoft's servers.

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and email subscriptions are kept until you ask us to remove them, or until they are clearly stale. Records relating to actual engagements are kept for as long as we need them for contractual, tax, and professional-record purposes.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email using the link in it.
• Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it, and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Security

This site is a static site served over HTTPS. It stores nothing itself — there is no database behind it and no login. Information you submit lives in the providers named above, under their security controls.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
