Delivery

Project management

Put an experienced hand on the work you cannot afford to have drift.

Companies running a system implementation, a migration, or a cross-functional programme without a senior delivery lead to run it.

Sound familiar

Where this usually starts

  • The project is being managed by someone doing it on top of their real job.
  • Every department has a different idea of what "done" means.
  • Decisions wait weeks because nobody is sure who owns them.
  • The plan exists in a spreadsheet nobody has opened since kickoff.

The work

What we actually do

  • Set the plan: scope, sequence, dependencies, and the decisions that must be made by when.
  • Name the owner for every decision, and chase them.
  • Run the cadence — the meetings that are worth holding, and no others.
  • Manage the vendors against their contracts, not against their optimism.
  • Report in plain language: what is done, what is at risk, what needs you.
  • Hand over a running process, not a dependency on us.

How it runs

Cadence

Scaled to the programme — part-time through full-time

Term

For the duration of the delivery, with a defined handover

You get

A plan, a decision log, and reporting you can take to a board

Method

Whatever the work needs. We do not sell a methodology

Scope

What this is not

Knowing where an engagement stops is worth as much as knowing where it starts.

  • Not certification theatre. The method serves the delivery, not the other way around.
  • Not a permanent seat. A good delivery lead builds toward their own handover.
  • Not administration. If the job is only to update a status report, you do not need us.

Common questions

About project management

Do you work in agile or waterfall?

Both, and often a mix. A plant floor cutover and a software rollout do not want the same shape. We pick the approach that fits the work and the people, then keep it consistent.

Can you manage our vendor for us?

Yes. Holding a vendor to their contract and their commitments is a large part of the job on most implementations.

What happens at the end?

A handover: the running cadence, the decision log, the open risks, and a named owner inside your business for each. You should not need us to keep it going.
